- Cream Cheese- 1 (8 ounce package).
- Green Onion- 1, chopped.
- Oregano-½ teaspoon.
- Parsley- ½ teaspoon.
- Garlic Powder- ½ teaspoon.
- Cheddar Cheese- 1 cup shredded.
- Optional- Adding a few drops of a hot sauce or sprinkle additional seasonings to make it even better!

- Allow the ingredients to sit to get to room temperature if they have been stored in the refrigerator. This will make it easier to make this recipe.
- In a medium mixing bowl (or food processor) use a fork to work the cream cheese or process the cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the oregano, parsley, and garlic powder until blended. Then lightly fold in the shredded cheese.
- To form the ball simple use your hands. I suggest using a bit of oil or water on your hands to help prevent the cheese from sticking to your hands.
- Cover the cheese ball with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours before serving.
- Serve with additional shredded cheese on top along with some low carb and keto crackers .
