I don’t know if is the smell of fresh bread that I like better or the smell of cinnamon raisin bread.
Slather on a bit of soft butter or alternative, and you have the perfect bread.
No Sugar Added Cinnamon Raisin Bread
The only way to fully go sugar free when it comes to a cinnamon raisin bread would be to omit the raisins.
Raisins, as you know, have that natural sugar that makes them so sweet. Because of the small size of a raisin, the sugar only seems to hit us in small doses. If you do not want any sugar, omit the raisins from the recipe. If you want only a small amount of sugar, you can cut the amount of raisins that your add to the recipe.
Cinnamon comes with and without sugar.
Sticking to a ground cinnamon that has no sugar is the way to go if you want to avoid any added sugar. Simply Organic Cinnamon Ground Certified Organic, 2.45-Ounce Container
