Frozen chocolate covered bananas is one of my favorite warm weather treats. I remember once being at a conference and after a long day they served us chocolate covered bananas. Yes, the chocolate had sugar in it and I cheated. It was worth it to me that time as these chocolate covered bananas were the perfect end to that long day.
I am glad that there is a way to eat chocolate covered bananas without having to add additional sugar beyond the sugar the nature has given us in the banana.
Then, there is the problem of deciding to eat Sugar Free Chocolate Banana Bites with or without nuts.
Deciding whether to add chopped nuts to this recipe really is a personal thing. Chopped salted nuts really do add a nice taste to balance this treat.
