Tips for making Sugar Free Chocolate Banana Bites
I know that I mentioned how I once enjoyed a frozen chocolate covered banana after a very long day at a conference that I was attending. That banana was peeled and then covered all over with chocolate. No doubt, this process was not done fully by hand as these chocolate covered bananas came in packaging what was also in packaging that came from a factory somewhere.
Thankfully, when we make our own chocolate covered bananas, or Sugar Free Chocolate Banana Bites, we can make the bananas as big as we want to make them. Cutting the bananas into 1/2" slices makes for a fun chip-like look . Cutting the bananas into halves makes for a delicious dessert.
