I am thrilled that there is a way to make a Sugar Free Peanut Sauce
Sugar Free Peanut Sauce Recipe
I will never forget the first time that I tasted a peanut sauce.
Surprisingly, I was an adult at the time. I remember wondering why I had not had this great sauce as of yet in addition to my favorite chicken.
There are many great uses for a peanut sauce.
While it is associated with yummy Asian cuisine, it seems like we can dip about anything that we like to dip into it. Most of all, we know that whatever we do dip, it will taste really good.
Peanut Sauce is not just for dipping however.
You can toss your noodles in peanut sauce (so good!). Or, you could bake your chicken breasts in this and it will taste divine.
There are some special ingredients that you will need to make this with.
I have a few of these ingredients listed here.
Rice Vinegar can easily be found on Amazon.
We use Rice Vinegar every day in our restaurant to make salad dressing with. This vinegar is less sour tasting than regular vinegar, making it a good choice for recipes. If you use an apple cider vinegar can come close but,is not exact. I would stick with the Rice Vinegar if possible.
Hoisin Sauce is another ingredient that is needed for this.
Hoisin is a rich tasting Asian sauce that provides plenty of flavor that is essential in this. Honey or molasses could be used instead however, they will alter the taste of this to be less authentic. In addition, they will most likely add sugar to the recipe.
You can purchase Hoisin on Amazon.
Sugar free peanut butter is not essential to this.
However, it will keep the sugar to a minimum as there is sugar added to most store bought peanut butters. You can find sugar free peanut butter on Amazon.
The Recipe
Ingredients Needed:
Soy Sauce (light and low sodium is preferred)- 2 tablespoons
Rice Vinegar (natural)-3 tablespoons

Peanut Butter (smooth or chunky, sugar free)- 1/4 cup
Water- 1/2 cup

How to Make This:
You can use a blender or you can make this by hand in a medium bowl.
Start by mixing together all ingredients except for your water and red pepper.
