  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese - Grated
  • ½ Jalapeno Pepper - Your pepper should have the seeds removed should be diced.
  • 1 Bacon - chopped or diced

Instructions

  • Preheat the waffle iron according to the directions. I suggest that you pretreat it with nonstick spray or a bit of higher heat oil spread on
    waffle iron
  • In a small to medium mixing bowl, mix together the egg and the egg and the cheese. Then fold in the pepper and bacon. Season as desired.

  • Place ¼ cup (or as needed if you are not using a small waffle maker) of the mixture into the waffle maker. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the chaffle has browned and cooked through.

  • Transfer the chaffle to a plate and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. This batter should make two small waffle sized chaffles.

Try using a single or small waffle ironlike one of these.
