Sugar Free Chocolate Mocha Popsicles

Sugar Free Chocolate Mocha Popsicles, a tasty dessert or snack recipe for mocha coffee popsicles that have no added sugar.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Coffee Granules
  • ¼ cup Hot Water
  • 13 oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk - 1 can
  • ½ cup Almond Butter - no added sugar
  • 3 tbsp Erythritol - see post for alternatives
  • ½ cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Dissolve the coffee granules in the hot water, stirring as needed to do so. Place the coconut milk and the almond butter in your blender and give it a quick pules or two. Add the coffee dissolved in the water and sweetener to the blender and blend until combined

  • Transfer the blended ingredients to the molds an freeze until hard- about three to four hours or overnight should work.

  • To top with the melted chocolate (this is optional), remove the popsicles from their molds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then drizzle the melted chocolate over the popsicles.

Recipe Notes

I mentioned above that this recipe calls for almond butte, preferably with no added sugar. Feel free to use another nut butter if you prefer to.
 
Also mentioned, you can find a good variety of frozen treat molds that can work in this recipe here
Feel free to add chopped nuts or sugar free sprinkles to this topping to make these frozen pops even better!
