Air Fried Cinnamon Apple Chips

  • 5 Apples - see post for details
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Monk Fruit - see post for alternatives
  • oil spray -see post for details

Instructions

  • Prepare your apples by slicing them as thin as possible. Then transfer the apples to a baking sheet or flat surface covered with parchment paper while you work.

  • In a small bowl, use a fork or a whisk to blend together the cinnamon and sugar alternative. Lightly spray the apples with the oil spray and then sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar on top. Then flip the apple slices over and repeat.
  • To air fry the apple slices, place the apple slices in air fryer basket. Air fry your apple slices at 300 for twenty minutes, shaking the basket every five minutes or as needed. To get the apple sliced more crisp increase the temperature to 325 and air fry for an additional two minutes. Allow chips to cool.
