  • Place the cold brew and the ice into glass(s). Using a mixer or immersion blender beat the whipping cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice until foamy. When it is ready, it should look thickened and frothy, not stiff or liquidly.

  • Distribute the frothy mixture over the ice and brew that you placed in the glasses. Sprinkle on additional pumpkin pie spice as desired and serve .
