Sugar Free Keto Peppermint Bark

Instructions

  • Start by lining a rimmed baking pan or sheet with foil, wax paper, or parchment paper that overhangs the sides of the pan. I like to give mine a quick spray with nonstick. This recipe as is should fit into a square baking pan (8X8" for example) or small baking sheet (like 9X7").

  • Melt the chocolate either in a microwave using a microwave-safe bowl or on the stove using the double boiler method. Once melted you can carefully transfer the melted chocolate to the prepped pan/sheet. Spread the chocolate out evenly and then place the chocolate into the refrigerator for 30 minutes (cheat: freeze for 15) or until set.

  • Repeat this with the white chocolate chips however, before pouring the melted white chocolate over the other chocolate, stir in the extract. Then evenly spread the crushed candy on top of the white chocolate layer. Again, refrigerate (or freeze) until set.

  • Lastly, break the hardened candy into pieces and enjoy!
