  • Prepare a square baking pan with parchment paper that overhangs the edges of the pan. Set this aside.

  • On medium heat in a medium sized saucepan, combine together the condensed coconut milk and the and the white chocolate chips. Once melted remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Then transfer the ingredients to the prepare baking pan. Then press in the chopped almonds so that they are on top of the fudge yet, attached. Take caution on this step as the mixture has been heated.

  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least two hours or until completely set. Use the overhanging parchment paper to lift the fudge from the pan for cutting and serving.
