Ingredients

  • Fathead Dough
  • 1 lb Taco Meat
  • ½ cup Salsa
  • 1 ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 ½ cup Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato
  • 10 Black Olives

Instructions

  • Prepare the fathead dough as described. Roll the dough out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper that has also been sprayed for nonstick. There should be an additional piece of parchment paper on top of the dough when you roll it out. Preheat the oven to 375.
    How To Make Keto Fathead Dough
  • To make the pizza, evenly distribute the salsa and then the taco meat over the prepared fathead dough that has been rolled out on the baking sheet. Leave about an inch of the sides of the dough free to serve as a crust. Top this with the shredded cheese.

  • Bake the pizza for 12-14 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the edges of the pizza have turned golden brown. Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before adding the fresh toppings and serving.
