Ingredients

For the glaze- Sugar Free Powdered Sugar (1 ½ cups), Heavy Cream (2-3 tablespoons or as needed), and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon, clear preferred). Optional- crushed freeze dried strawberries or sugar free sprinkles for topping.

    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 325 and double prep a square baking dish for nonstick. I use parchment paper that overhangs two sides of the dish and then spray that with nonstick.
    • Place the cake mix with the gelatin in a mixing bowl. Use a fork or whisk to blend them together.
In a smaller bowl, mix together the eggs and the oil. Then pour the mixture into the mixing bowl with the dry ingredient until mix until just combined.
Use a rubber spatula to fold in the white chocolate chips.
    • Transfer the mixture to your prepare baking dish. Use the spatula to evenly distribute the batter. Then you can bake the blondies for 35-40 minutes or until the edges begin to brown
    • Allow the blondies to cool before adding the topping (15-20 minutes). Combine the ingredients for the glaze icing and distribute it over the cooled blondies. Allow this to set before removing the blondies to cut into squares.
