Sugar Free Red White and Blue Mini Cakes

Sugar Free Red White and Blue Mini Cakes, a tasty and patriotic dessert cake recipe that has fresh fruit and no added sugar.

Ingredients

  • Mini Cakes -see post for details
  • Frosting - see post for recipe
  • cup Blackberries
  • cup Raspberries
  • cup Blueberries
  • cup Strawberries-

Instructions

  • Bake the mini cakes according to the packaging. Allow the cakes to fully cool before using them in this recipe.
  • Make the frosting as indicated .
  • Prepare the cooled cakes by using a scoop to scoop out the centers to make a cup- like shell. Leave about ½" on the bottom and sides or more if you want more cake with this recipe.
  • Evenly distribute the frosting in the centers of the scooped out cakes
  • Top the cakes with the fruit and serve.
