  • Preheat your oven to 325 and prep your baking sheet for nonstick.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine together the peanut butter, sugar alternative and egg. Mix these ingredients until just combined. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on to the prepped baking sheet. Leave at least ½" between cookie edges for spreading.
  • Bake your cookies for 12-15 minutes or until appear set. Do not over-bake. These cookies are better when not burnt. Allow the cookies to sit on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a cookie rack.
