Ingredients

Up to 2 teaspoons of seasonings.

    Instructions

    • Place your shredded cheese, almond flour, xanthan gum, seasonings, and butter in a food processor and process until a dough forms.
You can add up to a tablespoon of cold water to thin out the dough as needed.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and freeze for 15 minutes.
    • Preheat your oven to 350 and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
Divide the dough in half and roll out the first half on a clean surface or parchment paper or a mat that can be used to transfer the crackers to the baking sheet for baking. Then cut out the shapes.
    • Bake the crackers for 12- 15 minutes or until crisp and golden. Meanwhile, repeat this process with the second baking sheet using the remaining dough.
    • Allow the crackers to cool for at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
