Equipment

Ingredients

For the optional glaze- butter (¼ cup), granular sugar alternative (¼ cup), and vanilla extract (½ tsp).

    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 350. Prep your donut pan well for nonstick.
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
    • Next, in a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar alternative and melted butter until blended. Then stir in the egg, vanilla extract, and the almond milk.
    • Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Fill each donut mold in the pan three fourths full.
Then bake for 20-25 minutes or until donuts start to turn golden brown.
    • Allow the donuts to fully cool in the pan before removing them.
    • To make the glaze, in a small saucepan on low heat, combine the glaze ingredients until fully melted together, continually stirring. Then dip each of the donuts (flat side) into the glaze.
Allow the glaze to fully set before serving.
