The Best Mayo-Free Tuna Salad Sandwich Ever…

Ingredients

  • Tuna- 1 can white albacore in water is my choice.
  • 1 pickle spear and/or 1 celery stalk- chopped adds crunch
  • Chopped onion- about 1 ½ tablespoon
  • Greek Yogurt/- ¼ cup.
  • Lemon juice can use lime -½ teaspoon Seasonings to taste- can use pepper, salt, herbs, etc.
  • Optional- 1 hard boiled egg chopped tablespoon of chopped nuts such as walnuts, and/or ½ tablespoon of relish.

Instructions

  • Place the packed tuna into a medium sized bowl and break up the tuna with a fork.
  • To the bowl, add the chopped pickle, onion, and any optional items listed.
  • Mix the contents of the bowl together.
  • Stir in the Greek Yogurt and juice.
  • Season as needed/
