Total Time16 minutes
Servings: 2 -4

Ingredients

  • Oil such as vegetable - as needed
  • Seasoning mix -1 packet + ingredients on package usually water
  • Seafood such as shrimp, crab, tilapia..- 1 lb (cleaned and prepped)
  • Green Bell Pepper- 1 sliced into strips
  • Red Pepper your choice-I use bell- 1 sliced into strips
  • Onion- 1 small sliced

Instructions

  • Prepare by slicing fish into bite size pieces or cleaning and removing tails from shrimp. Prepare the seasoning as indicated on package and set aside. Set pan on medium heat and heat a 1 -2 teaspoons of oil. Amount of oil will depend on the size of your skillet and the amount that you need to cover it.
  • Place the fish into a medium bowl. Cover the fish with the marinade and toss. Set aside.
  • When the skillet has heated up, add the peppers and onion and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until almost done. Remove from skillet and set aside. Now coat the skillet with another 1 -2 teaspoons of oil.
  • Add the fish to the skillet and cook until done, stirring as needed. Shrimp should be pink for example.
  • Once the fish has cooked, turn the heat down to low and add the vegetables that you have set aside. Warm until ready to serve.

Recipe Notes

Tip: Prep your seafood in advance and allow to sit in a zip top bag with marinade.
