How to Make Low Carb Cheese Dip

This is the perfect dip for a tailgate or party. It can also be used for serving with vegetables.

Cook Time20 minutes
Total Time30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese- 2 8 ounce packages.
  • Ranch Dressing- ½ cup.
  • Sharp Cheese- 2 cups shredded or grated.
  • Optional: seasonings as desired and/or beer ¼ cup and/or hot sauce (1-2 tablespoons).

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350. Prep a baking dish for nonstick.
  • Add the ingredients to the baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Garnish as desired and serve.
  • Alternatively, you can combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker. However, prep the slow cooker for nonstick prior to adding the ingredients.
  • Also, you could make this in a microwave however, cook in 1 minute increments, stirring between each increment. I like to drape a paper towel or napkin over it to prevent any kind of a mess.
