Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a baking pan for non-stick.

  • Mix or sift together the flour and baking soda in a medium bowl. Set this bowl aside.

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the sugars.

  • Once the mixture is creamy, you can turn the setting down to low and add the vanilla extract and then the eggs, one at a time.

  • Lastly, slowly pour the flour mixture from the first bowl into the mixing bowl. If you are adding the optional nuts, simply fold those in by hand

  • Bake these bars for 25-30 minutes. Allow them to cool before cutting into squares.
