  • Start by refrigerating your your mixing bowl and beaters/whisk attachment for twenty minutes.
  • Place the heavy whipping cream into your refrigerated mixing bowl along with the sugar alternative and the vanilla extract. Outfit your mixer with the refrigerated beaters or whisk attachments.
  • Beat the ingredients on medium-high until soft peaks begin to get stiff. Stiff peaks form when the cream holds its shape when the beaters are raised.
  • Be careful not to overbeat your whipped cream, as it can turn heavy kind of like butter. Stop once you achieve the desired consistency.
