How to Make a Low Carb Corn Dog

This is the wonderful recipe for How to Make a Low Carb Corn Dog. You can make yours in an air fryer like I do or you can bake or fry yours. There is an option for gluten free corn dogs as well.

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390 and prep that basket for nonstick

  • In a bowl, blend together your baking mix alternative and your corn meal alternative.

  • Stir in the milk and egg to your mix and add any optional seasonings.

  • Allow your batter to sit for about five minutes. White it sits you can add a stick to an end to each of the hot dogs

  • Simply dip each dog into the batter, making sure that it is fully covered (using a spoon to pour the batter on helps too.Bake these for 8 minutes, rotate and bake until golden.
