No Sugar Added Pecan Pie

  • Preheat oven to 350 and prep your pie pan or plate for nonstick. Have your pie crust already prepared.

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the sugar alternatives (granular and brown).
  • Next, to the mixing bowl mix in the butter and then the beaten eggs one at a time.

  • Add the syrup and the vanilla extract and mix until blended.

  • Fold in half of the pecans. Transfer this to your pie crust and then place the remaining pecans on top. Wrap the edges lightly with foil and bake for a half hour. Remove the foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until firm (a toothpick or knife should come out clean).
