  • In a microwave safe mug stir together your flour, sugar alternatives, and cocoa
    sugar granular alternative
  • Next add the water, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir and add any optional ingredients as well.

  • Microwave for about a minute (average time for this to bake) or until the batter appears to be leaving the mug. Do not microwave longer than 90 seconds.Allow this to cool before eating- about 5 minutes.

Obviously, you will need a microwave safe mug. You will also need Unsweetened cocoa powder which can easily be found online. Also, you will need sugar free chocolate chips, which you can find here.
Also you will need these ingredients
Brown Sugar Alternative.
Make this recipe gluten free by using gluten free flour instead of regular flour. Or, you can make this recipe low carb by using low carb Carbalose flour.
