Combine together the almond flour and seasonings. Allow the melted cheese to cool a bit (a couple of minutes- not so that it hardens) and then stir it into the flour mix, Next, stir in the egg.
We are going to make a 'dough' out of our mix in this step. When a dough begins to form as you are mixing it, you can transfer the dough to the parchment paper prepared flat surface from the second step above. Divide the dough into 2-3 balls (depending on the size that you want your chips to be- 2 balls for larger chips). Work each individual ball into a flat circle, cut the circles into wedges, place each wedge onto the prepped baking sheets. Finally, cut each individual tortilla into triangles or wedges (which will be a chip).
