  • Preheat your oven to 325 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Set this bowl aside while you continue.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together your butter with your sugar alternative. Then and the eggs and the vanilla and beat until somewhat fluffy.

  • For the next step, we will add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl. Do this by adding half of the dry ingredients at a time, stirring between additions taking care to not over mix your cookie dough. Then, fold in your chocolate chips.

  • Bake your cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they appear to be set. Cool your cookies on a wire rack.
