Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 (390 is okay if you do not have a 400 on your air fryer setting). I like to lightly spray my basket with nonstick and place a piece of Parchment Paper in the lower area for an easy clean up.

  • Place your cauliflower florets in a medium mixing bowl. In a small bowl whisk or mix together your olive oil, seasonings. and minced garlic. Pour this oil mixture over the cauliflower in the first bowl, tossing the cauliflower florets so that they appear to be evenly covered with oil and seasonings.

  • Place the cauliflower in your air fryer basket and bake. Check and toss the cauliflower every five minutes keeping an eye on the color and how done it is. It should take 15-20 minutes to air fry, depending on how much cauliflower, the size of the florets, and how crunchy you would like your cauliflower to be.

Recipe Notes

As mentioned, seasoning is how you can personalize your roasted cauliflower to your liking. You could go with a simple seasoned salt. However, there are other great seasonings that you could alternatively use tasty seasonings such as one of these.

Smaller cauliflower florets can cook or burn faster than larger one. It is a good idea to keep your eye on yours to prevent burning.

When you divide your cauliflower into pieces, I suggest using pieces that are both easy to handle as a finger food and as uniform as possible in size to allow for even cooking.
