Sugar Free Chocolate Glaze

It is the perfect way to top a doughnut, strawberry, or even a great cake great. This is how to make your own Sugar Free Chocolate Glaze

Equipment

Add water or almond milk as needed to get a smooth texture. Don't forget to stir!

Instructions

  • Start by sifting together the sugar free powdered sugad and the unsweetneed cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.

  • Place 1 cup of the mixture from the bowl in the last step into another mixing bowl
  • Stir in two tablespoons of the water along with vanilla extract. Add the remaining ingredients, a bit at a time, as needed for texture until you reach what is desired.

  • Allow the glaze to set before serving.

I mentioned that you can use milk or almond milk instead of water in this recipe in order to thicken the texture. Also, I mentioned that you can make your own sugar free powdered sugar or buy sugar free powdered sugar online.
 
I also mentioned that you can easily change the flavor of your glaze.
This recipe calls for vanilla extract. You can however change up the flavor by using another extract flavor instead. Ideas for other flavors include banana extract or maple extract
