  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese, butter, and heavy whipping cream until blended. The blend in the sugar alternative. Next, add the almond flour and extract and stir until combined.

  • Next, add the almond flour and extract and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula or similar kitchen utensil. Then place the bowl in the refrigerator until somewhat firm- about an hour.

  • Remove the fat bomb dough from the refrigerator and use a cookie scoop to scoop out individual bombs or balls. You will need to help shape it with your hands. If your hands seem too sticky, try using a bit of nonstick spray or oil on them. Store in the refrigerator or freezer and enjoy as needed! *If storing in the refrigerator, the cookie dough fat bombs will last about two weeks.

Recipe Notes

I mentioned that this recipe calls for almond flour. However, if you find that the almond flour is too grainy, try subbing in coconut flour for part of the almond flour. Or, you could use your favorite protein powder.
Also mentioned, this recipe calls for sugar free chocolate chips.
Feel free to sub in sugar free white chocolate chips or chopped nuts instead!
