Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a baking pan for nonstick. I like to use parchment paper that overhangs the sides however, you are welcome to use nonstick spray.
    parchment-lined square metal pan
  • Place the baking mix in a mixing bowl and give it a quick whisk using a whisk or fork to break up any chunks. Then add the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and the vanilla to the bowl and mix until just combined.
    blend ingredients
  • Use a spatula to folk in the sugar free white chocolate chips and pecans. Transfer to the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set (no longer wiggling when you touch the side of the baking pan). Allow blondies to cool completely before cutting into servings.

Recipe Notes

I mentioned that this recipe calls for using a box of sugar free cake mix. Make this a keto low carb recipe by using a keto low carb cake mix instead. However, you could make this gluten free by using a gluten free cake mix
Also mentioned, to make this a 'marble' blondie, you will need sugar free white chocolate chips
Lastly, this recipe calls for using a brown sugar alternative. Please use a granular brown sugar alternative that measures 1:1 with regular brown sugar for best results.
Please make sure that the ingredients that you are using work with whatever kind of diet or food plan that you follow.
The nutritional data listed with this recipe will most likely not be accurate as you are adding the cake mix (as well as other ingredients) of your choice.
