Easy Keto Sheet Pan Pizza
Easy Keto Sheet Pan Pizza, a simple pan pizza that is made with fathead dough and is keto, low carbohydrate, and gluten free diet friendly
- 1 Fathead Dough - see post
- 1 cup Low Carb Pizza Sauce -see post for details
- Toppings -as desired
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Make the fathead dough as described. Place the fathead dough on a large piece of parchment paper on a rimmed sheet pan. Then place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out between the two pieces of parchment paper. The use a fork to poke holes in the dough so the dough doesn’t rise. Bake in a preheated oven on 350° for 6-8 minutes or golden brown.
Next, take the crust out of the oven and add on your favorite pizza toppings and seasonings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Serve warm or cool. Store in an airtight container or zip top bag.
Note that the nutritional information does not include the fathead dough or toppings,
I mentioned that sometimes pizza sauce can have more carbohydrates in it than you may think. However, I have provided an easy lower carbohydrate sauce recipe above the recipe.
Also mentioned, keto low carb dough can be tricky to work with.
I find that using a bit of oil or nonstick on my hands helps me control the dough. You can also refrigerate it for a few minutes.
