Easy Keto Sheet Pan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Fathead Dough - see post
  • 1 cup Low Carb Pizza Sauce -see post for details
  • Toppings -as desired
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Make the fathead dough as described. Place the fathead dough on a large piece of parchment paper on a rimmed sheet pan. Then place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out between the two pieces of parchment paper. The use a fork to poke holes in the dough so the dough doesn’t rise. Bake in a preheated oven on 350° for 6-8 minutes or golden brown.

  • Next, take the crust out of the oven and add on your favorite pizza toppings and seasonings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Serve warm or cool. Store in an airtight container or zip top bag.

I mentioned that sometimes pizza sauce can have more carbohydrates in it than you may think. However, I have provided an easy lower carbohydrate sauce recipe above the recipe.
Also mentioned, keto low carb dough can be tricky to work with.
I find that using a bit of oil or nonstick on my hands helps me control the dough. You can also refrigerate it for a few minutes.
