How to Air Fry Brussels Sprouts

How to Air Fry Brussels Sprouts, a simple low carb vegetable recipe that can be made in an air fryer. Includes sugar free honey mustard dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil - or as needed
  • ½ tsp Salt -see post for alternatives

Instructions

  • Prepare the brussels sprouts as indicated (destemmed and quartered). Place the brussels sprouts into a large bowl. Preheat the air fryer to 400.

  • In a small bowl, use a whisk or fork to mix together the olive oil and seasoning. Then pour this over the brussels sprouts and toss until all of the sprouts have been seasoned. Place the brussels sprouts into the air fryer in a single layer. If they do not all fit you can make this recipe in batches.

  • Air fry for about six and a half minutes and stop to toss the brussels sprouts in the basked to help allow them to bake evenly. Then return the air fryer basket to the air fryer to continue baking for another six to seven minutes or until the begin to brown on the outside.

  • Serve immediately. You can drizzle the honey mustard over the sprouts or serve it on the side..
