Sugar Free Nut Butter Dip

Sugar Free Nut Butter Dip, a yogurt based peanut butter dip that is perfect for desserts or snacks. No added sugar.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, using a whisk, mix together the yogurt and the nut butter until blended. Then whisk in the sugar free maple syrup and the vanilla extract.

  • Transfer the ingredients to a serving bowl and refrigerate for fifteen minutes. Serve with sliced fruit, vegetables, or even sugar free cookies on the side.

While peanut butter is the most common nut butter to use in a recipe such as this one, I suggest that you check out other nut butters. I like a sugar free cashew butter or mixed nut butter for example in this recipe.
 
This recipe also calls for sugar free maple syrup as a sweetener.
Feel free to use the sugar alternative liquid sweetener of your choice instead of the maple syrup. You may need to make adjustments as needed to get the right flavor.
