Pina Colada Popsicles No Added Sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Pineapple -Cubed
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Cream
  • ¼ cup Monk Fruit -See post for details
  • 2 tbsp Rum - See post for details

Instructions

  • Remove the skin from the pineapple and cut it into chunks. Place the pineapple into a blender or food processor along with the other ingredients. Then process or blend until the mixture is blended and smooth. Transfer the ingredients to the popsicle molds and freeze until hard- about four hours.
