Homemade Watermelon Kiwi Slushies

Homemade Watermelon Kiwi Slushies, a colorful fruit filled beverage that can be made without added sugar. Boozy option.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ice -see post for details
  • 1 cup Watermelon -see post for details
  • 1 cup Kiwi -see post for details
  • 4 tbsp Monk Fruit -see post for alternatives

Instructions

  • In a blender or slushie maker, (please refer to manufacturers instructions for details) add one cup of crushed ice to the watermelon cubes and half of the sweetener that you have chosen to use. Blend until you reach your desired consistency. Adjust the ingredients as needed. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and place it the refrigerator while you work. Rinse or clean out the blender and dry it.

  • Next, add the kiwi along with the remaining crushed ice and sweetener and blend again to consistency. Adjust ingredients as needed. Remove the glasses from the freezer or refrigerator and distribute the kiwi evenly between the glasses. Then use a tablespoon to drizzle or drop the watermelon layer of the kiwi before serving.
