For each individual layer, blend the fruit in a blender until slushy. You can add optional honey or maple syrup to each individual layer when you blend it. Once you blend the individual layer, add it to the mold and place the mold in the freezer while you work on the next layer if needed.
After the final layer has been added, insert popsicle sticks and place the cover over the molds. Freeze until hard or overnight.
