Sugar Free Rainbow Fruit Popsicles

Sugar Free Rainbow Fruit Popsicles, healthier frozen pop made with real fresh fruit and honey. Vegan option included.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries -See post for details
  • ½ cup Pineapple -See post for details
  • ½ cup Mandarin Oranges -See post for details
  • ½ cup Kiwi -See post for details
  • 1 cup Grapes -See post for details
  • 1 cup Blueberries -See post for details

Instructions

  • For each individual layer, blend the fruit in a blender until slushy. You can add optional honey or maple syrup to each individual layer when you blend it. Once you blend the individual layer, add it to the mold and place the mold in the freezer while you work on the next layer if needed.

  • After the final layer has been added, insert popsicle sticks and place the cover over the molds. Freeze until hard or overnight.
