  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar alternative, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Transfer this to a shallow bowl or casserole dish for dipping the bread into.

  • Preheat your skillet on medium heat with a half tablespoon of the butter, spreading the butter around as needed to cover the skillet as it melts. When the butter has melted and the skillet is warm, pick up each slice of bread, allow the excess batter to drip back into the bowl, and place the bread on to the skillet.
    Cook the French toast for about two minutes or until the French toast is golden brown. Flip it to the opposite side and cook for another minute or two or until done. Repeat with the remaining slices of bread. Read more https://thesugarfreediva.com
