Sugar Free Keto Edible Cookie Dough
Sugar Free Keto Edible Cookie Dough, an eggless chocolate chip dessert or snack made with no added sugar. Vegan option.
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Surkin - see post for details and alternatives
- 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream - see post for alternative
- 2 tbsp Sugar Free Keto Chocolate Chips -see post for details and alternatives.
In a medium mixing bowl, use a fork or whisk to combine together the almond flour with the coconut flour. Then blend in the sugar alternative. Next, incorporate the heavy whipping cream into the mixture.
Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips. Serve immediately or refrigerate until later.
