Ingredients

Sugar Free Cream Cheese Frosting. See post for details and recipes.

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 325. Line a square baking pan (8x8 or 9x9 inch pan) with parchment paper that overhangs the pan slightly. I suggest that you pretreat or butter the parchment paper as well.
In a medium bowl, use a whisk to mix together the flour, baking powder and unsweetened cocoa powder. Set this bowl aside

    • n a mixing bowl, mix or beat together the butter with the sugar alternative. Then add the eggs one at a time, stirring gently between additions before stirring in the vanilla and the vinegar.
For the next step we will add the dry ingredients from the first bowl (flour etc.) to the mixing bowl. Do this by adding half of the dry ingredients first, gently stir and then add the rest. Mix the ingredients until just incorporated. Then stir in the food coloring using one to two teaspoons as needed.

    • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool for ten minutes before using the overhanging parchment paper to lift it out of the pan.
