    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 325 and prep your baking sheets. I use parchment paper.. Place the coconut flour in a mixing bowl and use a whisk to fluff or stir it. then stir in the sweetener and the melted butter.

    • Add the eggs one at a time, stirring gently between additions. When the cookie dough has formed, use a cookie scoop to scoop the individual cookies and the place them on to the prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies. Then use a the back of a spoon or your hand to gently press the cookies flat. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes and then rotate the cookie sheets.

    • Continue to bake until the edges begin to brown. Allow the cookies to sit on the baking sheet for about ten minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
