Equipment

Ingredients

Keto Sugar Free Ice Cream and Optional Ingredients as desired.

    Instructions

    • Start by making the chaffles. Prep and preheat your waffle maker as indicated by the manufacturer.
    • In a small bowl, use a fork or whisk to combine the almond flour, cocoa, baking powder and the sugar alternative. In another bowl, whip the egg along with the whipping cream. Then add this to the dry ingredients in the other bowl and mix until just combined.
    • Use a scoop to scoop the batter into the warmed waffle maker (a mini sized waffle maker should use half of the batter per chaffle ). Cook until done (about one and a half minutes per side or three minutes total for mini sized chaffles). Allow the chaffles to fully cool before making the sandwich.
