Ingredients

For topping- granular sugar alternative (½ cup) blended with ground cinnamon (1 teaspoon). Vegetable Cooking Spray- you can use a butter spray or similar spray.

    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a mini muffin pan for nonstick.
    • In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the vegetable oil and sugar alternative until blended.
Then mix in the egg, vanilla, and milk.
Lastly, stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. The batter should be thick but pourable, similar to pancake batter.
    • Evenly distribute the batter in the prepared muffin pan and bake until just browned (15-18 minutes). Allow the donut holes to sit at room temperature for five minutes before removing from the pan. Then remove each individual donut hole and spray it with the the cooking spray before rolling or topping it with the cinnamon sugar alternative mixture.
