Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Pie

Ingredients

Pie Crust with no added sugar (see post for a recipe).

  • 2.8 ounces Sugar Free Chocolate Instant Pudding- - See post for details and for keto alternative
  • 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Frozen Whipped Topping - See post for details

For the topping, cream cheese (four ounces softened to room temperature), Sugar Free Powdered Sugar (½ cup), additional whipping cream (1 ¼ cup), and vanilla extract (½ teaspoon). Optional, sugar free sprinkles, chocolate shakings, or whipped cream.

    Instructions

    • Place the prepared pie crust in the refrigerator to set while you make the filling.
    • For the filling, beat together the dry pudding mix and heavy whipping cream on medium until smooth. Then add the frozen whipped topping and mix on low until until just combined.
    • Use a rubber spatula or similar utensil to evenly smooth this filling over the prepared crust that you had refrigerated. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate. When you are ready to serve the pie, mix together the topping ingredients and top the pie.
