Low Carb Pizza Dip

A low carb version of a delicious pizza dip.

Instructions

  • We will be using a microwave-safe plate to make this. A pie plate or similar size is fine.
  • Prepare the plate for nonstick
  • In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • Evenly distribute the blended cheeses into the pie plate. Then layer the sauce over this.
  • If adding the optional meats etc, add them over the sauce layer. Then add the seasonings over this.

  • Evenly spread the remaining Italian cheese over the dip.

  • Microwave for two minutes then rotate the dish and microwave for another two minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
