Sugar Free Keto S’Mores Dip

A sugar free way to make a delicious marshmallow and melted chocolate dip in a skillet.

Instructions

  • On your stove over low-medium heat, melt together the chocolate and cream/yogurt in the skillet. Stir this constantly and do not allow it to bubble or boil.

  • Remove the mixture from the stove and allow it to cool and thicken -about 10 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to broiler setting.

  • Carefully place the marshmallows on top of the melted chocolate. Do not push them in and do not allow them to melt into the chocolate.

  • Place the skillet into the oven (broiler for about 3-4 minutes or oven for 5-10 minutes).

  • Serve while warm and gooey with your choice of dippers (crackers, pretzels, etc.)
