Sugar Free Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
This Sugar Free Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting is perfect for topping your next home made or store bought cake or cupcakes.
In a small bowl, sift or whisk together your powdered sugar and cocoa. Set this bowl aside
Now in a mixer using a paddle or similar attachment, cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth. This should take a few minutes on a medium speed
Slowly add the contents from the first bowl (sugar and cocoa) to the mixing bowl. Add the vanilla and mix on low until your frosting is fluffy and without lumps.
Add a bit of milk at a time to achieve your desired consistency if needed.
