Sugar Free Candy Cane Bark
Enjoy this popular holiday tradition of candy cane bark with this recipe for Sugar Free Candy Cane Bark. This delicious bark is easy to make and great for gift giving!
Prep a sheet or cookie pan with parchment paper.
If you have not done so, crush your candy. The easiest way to do this is to place the candy in a zip top style bag. Wrap the bag loosely with a kitchen towel. Then use a hammer to crush the candy. You can then manually finish any large chunks manually with a large butcher knife if needed.
Using a double boiler, or microwave safe cup or bowl and a microwave, melt your chocolate. If using a microwave, I like to cook for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat as needed until melted. The stove method should be stirred continually as well
When the chocolate has melted you can stir in your remaining ingredients.Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet and refrigerate until hard- about an hour. Remove from the refrigerator and break the bark into pieces.
