Sugar Free Caramel Cake
This delicious recipe for Sugar Free Caramel Cake is perfect for your next cake or cupcakes. Make this caramel cake yourself!
Preheat your oven to 325 and prep 2 9" pans well for nonstick. Usually a spray + flour dusting will work for a recipe like this one.
Start by mixing or sifting together your flour and baking powder in a medium bowl. Set this bowl aside.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the sugars (brown and white). It should take a few minutes on low-medium speed for these to fluff up a bit.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing between additions.
We will be alternating adding the dry ingredients from the first bowl that we set aside and the dairy (milk etc). Add the vanilla extract and mix until blended, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
Divide the batter between the cake pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. This cake is probably done when the sides of the cake start to pull away from the cake pan and the center seems spring-like when gently poked.
