Sugar Free Strawberry Muffins
This is the perfect time of the year for your and others to wake up to some yummy and great smelling Sugar Free Strawberry Muffins
Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your muffin pans for nonstick.
In a large bowl, sift together your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Make a well in the center of these ingredients and then set this bowl aside for a moment.
Combine together the milk, eggs, and melted butter. When mixed, pour these wet ingredients into that well you created in your dry ingredients in the first bowl. Then, stir the ingredients together until just mixed together- not over mixed. It is 'okay to have lumps'in your batter.
Next gently stir in the sugar alternative. Then fold in the strawberries (I prefer to fold them into the batter rather than stirring them in in order to keep the strawberries intact).
Bake for 23-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
