Instructions

  • Start by mixing prepping a baking sheet with parchment paper and set this aside while you work.

  • In a large bowl combine together the sugar free powdered sugar, coconut, and condensed milk. When it gets too thick you can use your hands as needed.

  • Use a scoop or large spoon to scoop out the balls, working each ball into a 1 to 1 ½" ball. Place each of the balls on to the prepped baking sheet and then refrigerate the coconut balls for about a half hour or until firm

  • Melt the chocolate according the directions on the packaging . To cover the balls in chocolate, simply use a fork or spoon to dip each individual ball into the chocolate and then place the ball back on to the baking sheet. Allow this to set.
